Applications
Applications

PPS
PPS filaments and felt can be used as raw materials to manufacture high-performance compounds. These compounds can be used in a variety of applications, including automotive, aerospace, electrical, and industrial equipment.

PVC Rigid
PVC rigid regrinds, which are small pieces of recycled PVC material, can be used to manufacture conduit pipes and accessories. PVC rigid is also commonly used in the production of credit cards.

PVC Flexible
PVC flexible is a soft and flexible form of PVC material that is often used in the manufacturing of shoe soles. It is also commonly used in the production of inflatable products and flexible tubing.

LLDPE Purges & LDPE Rolls
LLDPE purges and LDPE rolls can be repelletized and extruded to create new film applications. LLDPE bales and rolls are commonly used in the manufacturing of stretch wrap, food packaging, and other flexible plastic film products.

PE Pellets
PE pellets, specifically HDPE repro pellets, are used as a raw material in the toy manufacturing industry. HDPE repro pellets are known for their durability and strength, making them suitable for use in toys and other children's products.

PP Regrind Purges
PP regrind and purges can be used as raw materials to manufacture fan blades. PP is a durable and lightweight material that is commonly used in the production of various consumer and industrial products.

GPPS Clear Purges.
GPPS Clear Purges are plastic pellets used in the production of various plastic products. They are made from General Purpose Polystyrene (GPPS) and are designed to provide clarity and transparency in the final product.

Nylon 66 Purges with Fiber Glass.
Nylon 66 purges with fiber glass involve the removal of any residual nylon material from the machine before switching to fiber glass. This is necessary to prevent contamination and ensure consistent product quality.

Polycarbonate Purges.
Polycarbonate purges refer to the process of removing any residual material from a polycarbonate injection molding machine. This is done to ensure that any contaminants or impurities are removed before starting a new production run to prevent defects in the final product.

PC/ABS Purges.
PC/ABS purges are used to clean the injection molding machine and remove any residual material from the previous run. The purging process involves melting and flushing out the old material with a new one to ensure a clean and consistent production.

PPO Pellets.
PPO pellets are a type of thermoplastic resin made from propylene oxide. They are used in various applications such as automotive parts, packaging materials, and medical devices. PPO pellets are known for their high strength, dimensional stability, and resistance to chemicals and heat.

TPE Pellets.
TPE pellets are small, uniform beads made of thermoplastic elastomers. These materials combine the properties of plastic and rubber, making them versatile and suitable for a wide range of applications, including automotive, consumer goods, and medical devices.
